Dr. Samadder, supported by MCCCC and the Mayo Clinic Center for Individualized Medicine (CIM), leads the Tapestry study focused on complete exome sequencing in 100,000 Mayo Clinic patients over the next five years. Dr. Samadder will work closely with Mrinal Patnaik, M.B.B.S, to implement germline genetic sequencing for all Mayo Clinic cancer patients and to implement individualized medicine programs in clinical and community settings.
