Dr. Patnaik is director of the Epigenetics Program in the Mayo Clinic Center for Individualized Medicine (CIM). He interfaces between CIM and MCCCC to implement comprehensive clinical genomic sequencing for cancer patients. With his colleagues, he engages all faculty in this new practice and guides the development of Molecular Tumor Boards.
